01. Project

Development of a prototype system for detecting anomalies in electricity consumption using artificial intelligence tools to rationalise electricity demand by trading companies.

Ebicom sp. z o.o. carries out the project under the „Opracowanie prototypu systemu wykrywania anomalii zużycia energii elektrycznej z wykorzystaniem narzędzi sztucznej inteligencji w celu racjonalizacji zapotrzebowania na energię elektryczną przez spółki obrotu” współfinansowany ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Działania 1.1 „Projekty B+R przedsiębiorstw” Podziałania 1.1.1 „Badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe realizowane przez przedsiębiorstwa” Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój na lata 2014-2020.

Projekt polega na realizacji prac badawczo – rozwojowych, prowadzących do powstania prototypu systemu wykrywającego anomalie w użytkowaniu energii elektrycznej w stosunku do przyjętych prognoz.

02. Project

Development of a prototype of an innovative system using linear programming and machine learning to optimise the costs of electricity consumption by SMEs and households subject to dynamic tariffs.

We would like to inform that an announcement regarding the selection of a subcontractor for the performance of the project:

"Development of a prototype of an innovative system using linear programming and machine learning to optimise the costs of electricity consumption by SMEs and households subject to dynamic tariffs" is available on the bazakonkurencyjnosci.gov.pl website."

The above pertains to the performance of research and development with regard to the elaboration of a mathematical model constituting an integral part of a system optimising the cost of electricity consumption by SMEs and households in case of application of dynamic tariffs.

The cooperation is planned within the framework of an agreement executed as part of a project for which EBICOM Sp. z o.o. is applying for co-financing under Measure 1.1 R&D Projects of Enterprises, Sub-measure 1.1.1 Industrial Research and Development Work implemented by Enterprises, Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Call for proposals 4/1.1.1/2018.

Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis III "Support for Innovation in Enterprises”, Measure 3.3 "Support for the Promotion and Internationalisation of Innovative Enterprises”, Sub-measure 3.3.1. "Polish Technology Bridges”

Ebicom sp. z o. o. carries out the project under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis III "Support for Innovation in Enterprises”, Measure 3.3 "Support for the Promotion and Internationalisation of Innovative Enterprises”, Sub-measure 3.3.1. "Polish Technology Bridges

The aim of the project is to introduce Ebibot to the Canadian market. It is a tool developed based on MS Azure technology, using artificial intelligence tools. It has the voice functionality and its default language is English which will make it easier to launch it in the Canadian market. It also has the ability to communicate with the client's domain system, including CRM, which makes it possible to handle, for example, payments for bills, reporting and tracking claims, or obtaining information about the status of an account or a case. Thanks to the artificial intelligence tools, Ebibot constantly learns and improves the accuracy of its answers, which makes it possible to reduce the workload of call centres staff who can spend more time on solving complex cases. The planned outcome of the project is to start working with local companies and the AI community, and to build a relevant client portfolio, expanding our services to include other products of our company.

Subsidy value:

The 'Polish Technology Bridges' project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the III Priority Axis Support for Innovation in Enterprises, Measure 3.3. Support for the Promotion and Internationalisation of Innovative Enterprises of the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020.
